Canvas print – Cream Cup with Two Dark Cherries

A cream ceramic cup beside two dark red cherries with green stems on a pale painted ground.

A vertical still life painterly composition featuring a rustic cream-colored ceramic cup alongside two dark red cherries with attached green stems. The items sit on a flat surface indicated by soft, grey-brown painted shadows. The objects are clustered in the lower portion of the artwork, leaving a substantial expanse of textured, cream-colored negative space across the top two-thirds. The brushwork is loose, painterly, and evocative of gouache or acrylic mediums, with a muted and earthy color palette.
