A canvas print is prepared for the chosen configuration. Delivery options, costs and timing belong to the specific order; general price lists or fixed transport times do not replace those details.
Prepare your selection
You can compare designs, sizes and finishes and review your selection in the bag. We are not currently accepting new orders on this website. For an existing order, use customer service.
Check before ordering
- Check that the full delivery address, including the postcode, is available for the order.
- Read the shipping costs and total shown for your bag.
- Check the delivery information for your selection; production and transport are separate steps.
Production and transport
Your configuration
The design, size and frame define the available finish. The start of production depends on the specific order and agreed payment terms.
Handover for shipping
Shipping follows preparation. Tracking can show transport progress if it is provided for the particular parcel.
Delivery
Check any delivery or collection instructions. Contact us promptly about an address problem with an existing order.
Delivery costs and country
The costs and delivery options shown for your address before a binding order apply. Check your complete delivery address. Language and delivery country are selected separately.
When a delivery is not as expected
My parcel is damaged. What should I do?
Give us the order number and describe the damage. Keep any photos of the print and packaging available. Photos and original packaging are not conditions of your statutory rights concerning defects. Statutory limitation periods still apply.
Can I still change the delivery address?
Contact us with the order number and requested change. Whether it is still possible depends on the order’s progress; it is not automatically guaranteed.
What if a delivery is missing?
Check available delivery instructions and send us the order number with a short description. Do not share passwords or full payment details.
