Service & information
Terms & conditions
These terms describe the framework for purchases in the Walluro shop. Specific product information, individual agreements and mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
Seller details
The complete seller details have not yet been provided on this website. New orders are not currently accepted here. Use Contact for an enquiry.
Scope and contracting party
The contracting party is the actual business named in the legal notice. These terms concern purchases of offered wall art. Individual agreements take priority over general terms; mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
Selection and formation of the contract
Product presentation invites you to place an order. Before a paid order, you must be able to review the product, available configuration, delivery address and total. An order is your offer to purchase. A receipt acknowledgement alone is not acceptance; acceptance occurs through a corresponding order confirmation or dispatch. The content of the applicable binding confirmation matters.
Prices, payment and delivery
The prices, tax information, delivery costs and total shown for the particular order apply. Only a payment method actually offered at checkout is available. Check the delivery country, address and agreed delivery information before ordering. No additional payment providers, international tariffs or fixed delivery periods are promised.

Designs, configurations and your files
Your selected available finish defines the offered product. Check the size and crop. Device settings can cause on-screen colours to differ from the printed appearance; this does not generally exclude statutory rights concerning defects.
For your own files, you must hold the rights needed for the requested print. An upload supports the requested preview. Use for production follows only as part of a corresponding order. It does not grant general permission to publish your image. Third-party rights and legal restrictions must be respected.
Withdrawal and returns
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, see withdrawal & returns. Production to order or selection of an offered standard size is not an automatic exclusion. A statutory exception may apply to genuinely personalised goods.
Defects and liability
Statutory rights concerning damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods apply, including to personalised products. The seller bears necessary costs of an entitled statutory remedy. Photos, original packaging or advance return approval are not general conditions of statutory rights.
Statutory rules apply to intentional or grossly negligent conduct, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory liability. These notices do not assert a broader general exclusion of liability.
Contact and privacy
For an existing order, use Contact and include the order number. See the privacy policy for data processing. Information about the seller and any applicable dispute-resolution arrangements is provided in the legal notice.
